If you thrive on positive energy, we want to meet you!About The RoleThis is just the start, so dream big!Support the dynamic Mixin Retail Media team in the Premix & Spirits portfolio.This is a hybrid role, with Tuesday''s and Thursday''s as core days in the office.The Retail Media Associate will work across all components of the media campaign process. In this role you will partner with several key stakeholders both internally and externally.The role is responsible for delivering seamless campaigns across multiple channels by acting as the contact point between Retail Media Leads, Operations and the Supplier. Providing service and support pre, during and post campaigns for our partners and clients.Sound good? Read on.Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:End to end delivery of all Supplier Media campaigns from briefing, booking, post campaign analysis and service.Be proactive in identifying areas of process improvement and providing exceptional communication lines to both internal teams and external stakeholders.Maintain external stakeholder relationships through exceptional client service & responsiveness.Contribute to the successful implementation of new processes and new systems.Gain exposure to a wide range of Retail Media channels and the world of Retail Marketing.Assist the Retail Media Leads in ad-hoc client requests.Present alongside Retail Media Leads sales opportunities and PCAs.Deliver well thought out PCAs, providing unique insight into campaign delivery & performance.Supporting new business through onboarding and delivery.Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail with managing client bookings. Accurately receive bookings, deliver IOs and manage campaign delivery including POP and reporting.Manage client creative process by sending correct specs, receiving material and instructing the appropriate internal teams proactively.What do we need from youNow Lets Talk About YouExperience in a similar role, with experience in Retail Media highly desirable.Strong understanding of data analysis and campaign performance metrics.Strong communication skills, the ability to effectively communicate complex information to a variety of audiences, adapting the style as needed.Confident in presenting proposals and negotiating to secure client buy-in.Proven track record of exceeding client expectations and delivering exceptional service.Strategic thinker: You possess a strong understanding of the retail media landscape and can develop data-driven solutions, desirable.Relationship builder: You excel at building strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, desirable.Industry knowledge: You are passionate about the diverse brands within the liquor industry, desirable.The benefits are good too!We offer flexible working in every senseAn exclusive discount card for BWS, Dan Murphys, Woolworths, BIG W and other Endeavour Group brands, including our ALH pubsMonthly meeting-free daysYour health and wellbeing is your most important asset, and as one of our valued team members, its our first priority.
