Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay rangeA$120,000.00/yr - A$130,000.00/yrDirect message the job poster from Cozens Mabel Recruitment PartnersProcurement, contracts & supply chain recruitmentDirector at Cozens Mabel - specialist talent and boutique recruitersExecutive searchAll levelsProcurement Excellence Specialist - Permanent role - Iconic media group - Sydney.Procurement Excellence Specialist to join a dynamic procurement team.Sydney CBD location, with flexible working opportunities (mix of office and home).Salary package up to $130,000 inclusive of super plus a range of attractive benefits.The OpportunityWith industry leading media and information services, more than 150 prestige brands across news, sport and lifestyle and a truly global presence, our client is Australias number one and most influential media organisation.Due to the company''s strong growth, particularly in digital media, they are seeking positive, proactive and collaborative individuals to join their Procurement team, which is responsible for the management of approximately $600M in annual spend across a highly diverse range of spend categories.The Procurement Excellence Lead will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing procurement processes and will be required to develop, implement and maintain a procurement excellence framework to enhance efficiency, transparency and the overall performance of the procurement team.Aspects of your role will include:Leading the development, implementation, documentation and ongoing management and improvement of a wide range of procurement processes and procedures.Reporting on procurement performance and initiatives.Acting as the go-to expert for procurement when new systems and tools are introduced, ensuring seamless integration and use across all business units.Contributing to special procurement projects, ensuring efficient processes and the successful implementation of new activities.Leading change management initiatives, providing training and communication to drive process improvement.Your Background:You may be in a Procurement Analyst or Procurement Specialist role and looking to make the next step in your career, or you may come from a management consulting background and thrive in this type of role.You will be positive, proactive and collaborative with outstanding stakeholder management skills and an ability to build rapport at all levels.Strong data analytical skills, a data driven approach and an exceptional commercial and operational mindset.Strong written and verbal skills with an ability to present information through various formats, including PowerPoint.Ability to contribute to special procurement projects, ensuring efficient processes and the successful implementation of new activities.Qualifications in procurement, supply chain, legal or relevant business experience.Whats on offer:Salary package up to $130,000 inclusive of super plus a range of attractive benefits.Supportive business and great team environment.Sydney CBD location with flexible working opportunities (mix of office and home).Opportunity to take your career to the next level.
