We have operations across beverages manufacturing and wholesale distribution across Wine, Spirits RTDs, liqueurs, and Beer, plus non-alcoholic products.We are seeking an experienced self-motivated leader with a hands-on approach and a passion for driving team performance in a fast-paced production environment. An individual who will be committed to our afternoon shift operations, delivering high-quality products efficiently and safely.As the Production Team Leader youll be responsible for overseeing production activities, managing a team of operators ensuring safety, quality, and production targets are met. Youll play a key role in maintaining a positive work environment and continuous improvement initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Supervise, support, and coordinate production staff during the afternoon shift to meet daily targets.Act as the link between management and frontline staffEnsure production targets and schedules are met in a timely mannerComplete shift reports, performance logs, and administration associated with the roleConduct daily pre-shift team meetings, shift handovers and briefingsMonitor workflow and adjust resources as needed to meet output goalsTroubleshoot production issues and escalate when necessaryEnsure all products meet required quality specifications and Identify defects and implement corrective actions.Provide training, mentoring, and support to team members and staff performance reviewsHealth and safety compliance by monitoring safety, quality, and operational standardsWhat is important to us:Previous experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environmentStrong leadership and communication skillsProven ability to manage people, resolve conflicts, and drive performanceA commitment to workplace safety, quality, and continuous improvementGood understanding of production processes and equipmentFlexibility to work afternoon shifts, occasional weekends and transfer to day shift if requiredInitial Training will be conducted and commence for four weeks in day shift hoursForklift licence preferredUnlock job insightsSalary match Number of applicants Skills matchYour application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
