A leading-edge provider of superior and flexible cooling, heating, extraction and filtration solutions, Fanquip advise, design and manufacture the complete range of fans and fan systems for industrial and manufacturing applications.About the Role:Building on the success of Business Development Managers in QLD and VIC, a dedicated sales professional in NSW is essential to ensuring the business achieves its ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.The role is primarily responsible for the position being to secure new clients and manage existing accounts within the territory remit (NSW), delivering effective client management for essential consistency of service and customer growth.You must be confident in your ability to generate interest in the company''s products and services, qualify prospects and most importantly, close sales!Key Accountabilities:Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emailsUnderstanding customer needs, requirements and offering solutions accordinglyLooking after qualified opportunities for further development and closureProviding consistent reports on the status of accounts and transactionsTracking sales account targets, aligned with company objectivesMonitoring sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)Suggesting actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growthResearching accounts to identify key players and generate interest from various business sourcesMaintaining and expanding your database of prospects within the assigned territoryAbout you:Proven success working in a business development or sales position with crossover into some form of mechanical services - HVAC, Fans, Pumps (desirable)Specific knowledge, experience and networks within the fans and industrial ventilation space will be highly regardedA track record of over-achieving quotaExceptional customer service skills, with a practical approach to providing sales solutionsExcellent verbal and written communications skillsStrong listening and presentation skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyA genuine team-player who can work effectively with others and self-motivated when working autonomouslyCulture and BenefitsFanquip is an organisation with strong company values, and a business that cares about its employees'' personal and professional development.
