Gold Coast based, high-impact role.About the Role:As the Digital Marketing Lead, youll take full ownership of the digital marketing function from campaign strategy and execution to analytics, optimisation and agency management. Working closely with a supportive and visionary Global Head of Marketing, youll drive performance across key digital channels and play a pivotal role in customer acquisition and growth.This is a hands-on role with autonomy. Youll shape campaigns, manage budgets, report on performance and collaborate across content, design, and showroom teams both locally and internationally.What you''ll do:Lead and execute paid campaigns across Meta, Google, Pinterest and YouTubeManage agency relationships for paid search and SEOOversee digital analytics and performance reporting (GA4, CRM dashboards)Identify CRO and UX improvements to increase conversion ratesCollaborate with content and creative teams to align messaging and targetingMaintain website health, speed, and SEO strategyMonitor campaign KPIs such as impressions, engagement, clicks and bookingsWhat Youll Need:Previous experience in a digital marketing or performance-focused roleProficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, GTM, and SEO toolsStrong understanding of campaign tracking, reporting, and data-driven decision makingExperience managing agencies and working cross-functionallyBackground in retail, fashion, ecommerce or consumer brands preferredOrganised, collaborative and commercially mindedWhat''s in it for you:$90-100k + SuperWork for a values-driven, global business thats growing fastOwn the digital strategy and see your work drive real resultsJoin a passionate, high-performing marketing teamCompetitive salary and flexible work cultureToday is the day you take control of your future!
