Ovations integrated technology platform is unrivalled in Data Management Solutions, Marketing and Optimisation, and Ticketing Data Initiatives.About the Role:As Programmatic Trader, this role executes dynamic programmatic campaigns across multiple channels, leveraging your programmatic media trading expertise to drive exceptional campaign performance and efficiency. You''ll craft and implement campaign strategies, optimize performance through powerful data-driven insights, and collaborate with passionate internal teams to deliver standout campaigns that achieve high-quality results.What does a day in the life look like?Role Responsibilities:Platform LeadershipExecute Programmatic Buys within DV360, The Trade Desk (TTD), and Vistar, applying trading skills and technical expertise to optimize campaign performance for Performance campaigns.Develop and implement segmentation and optimization strategies to drive campaign efficiency and effectiveness, utilizing data-driven insights to inform decisions.Utilize trading-related technologies, including DSPs and 3rd Party API social media bid management platforms, to support campaign goals and objectives.Deliver accurate and timely reports, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders to improve campaign performance.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with client goals.Craft LeadershipApply best practices in programmatic media trading, analytics, and data-driven storytelling across teams, championing digital marketing measurement and attribution.Support stakeholders in interpreting campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive business outcomes.Stay up-to-date on industry developments and sharing knowledge and insights with the broader team to drive continuous improvement.Collaborate with internal teams to drive client success, providing expertise and support to deliver exceptional results.About You1-2 years experience in digital media, Ad Tech, Agency or Independent Trading Desk environment.Hands-on experience with DSPs such as DV360, TTD, and Vistar (or similar DOOH platforms).Understanding of Programmatic channels, including Display, Video, Audio, Native, and DOOH.Experience in managing client campaigns, with a focus on learning and growth.Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.Basic Excel skills.Desirable experienceExperience with retail, entertainment, or ticketing verticals.CM360 and Ad Ops experienceExposure to CDP/DMP and CRM-data integration with media platforms.Heres a taste of what TEG offers:Complimentary event ticketsBirthday and volunteering leaveWellbeing discounts & flu vaccinationsPaid parental leave & free employee support (EAP)Global rewards and recognitionLearning, development & career pathwaysA diverse, inclusive, and passionate teamFor more information about TEG please go to is an equal opportunity employer committed to embrace diversity, respect, and care for our people and communities.If there are any adjustments that need to be made to ensure you have a fair and equitable experience in our recruitment process, please advise us when scheduling your interview.*Only direct applications will be considered.
