Tracks & Facilities Manager Stawell Racing ClubA unique and exciting opportunity exists for a successful candidate to join the team at the Stawell Racing Club as the Tracks & Facilities Manager, the role is a full-time position.The Tracks & Facilities Manager is responsible for the presentation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Stawell Racing Clubs racing and training surfaces along with upkeep of the clubs grounds and facilities. The primary objective of the role is to ensure the needs of thoroughbred racing and training are met in compliance with safety and industry standards and to provide an attractive environment for all participants and stakeholders, race day patrons and visitors.An understanding of the racing industry is preferred along with a turf maintenance qualification or demonstrated professional experience in a turf maintenance role together with strong communication and leadership skills.The successful applicant will be required to manage some casual labour and be available to communicate with key stakeholders withinthe club and thoroughbred racing industry as required as well as operate machinery.A full position description is available upon request by contacting the Stawell Racing Club - Ph: 0418 124 289 (during business hours) or via email stawell@countryracing.com.auApplications (including covering letter, resume and references)must reach the club before close of businessFriday 25th July 2025.
