Jose Hospitality PTY Ltd is looking for a talented Kitchen/FOH team for their brand new, beautiful venue, Stamford Park Homestead, in Rowville. The magnificent Stamford Park Homestead was built in 1882 by the entrepreneurial Row family as a Gentleman''s Residence. The homestead and six acres of grounds have been sympathetically restored, allowing it to once again become the Jewel in Knox City. The venue is renovated to include a function hall hosting 250 people, an existing la carte restaurant for 200 people, and lawns for weddings and outdoor functions. The operations extend from lunch and dinner to weekend brunch and high teas. This is a unique opportunity to be part of this iconic venue. Venue Manager Must have proven 3+ years of experience in a similar venue. Function Sales & Events Coordinator Must have a proven 3+ years background in event sales and event coordination in a similar venue. FOH Staff: Baristas, Bar Tenders, Waitstaff, Runners (Full Time & Casuals) Enthusiasm and passion for providing exceptional customer service. Barista and bartending skills would be a plus. Previous la carte restaurant/bar experience, including tray service and handling large volumes of tables. Experience with POS ordering systems and cash handling. A good understanding of wine, its service, and recommendations to guests. Current RSA certification. Willingness to undergo our specified training program.
