This role''s primary focus will be on developing and maintaining Claims Evidence Files (CEFs) to support product marketing claims and reviewing advertising materials for compliance with TGA advertising regulations and internal standards.Youll help ensure that Blackmores leads the way in evidence-based, compliant medical marketing enhancing product trust, supporting commercial success, and reinforcing our position as a respected leader in natural health.This role is based in Sydney with workplace flexibility of working at least 4 days in office from either Warriewood (preferred) and Surry Hills and 1 day from home.What will you do?Lead the development, maintenance, and governance of Claims Evidence Files (CEFs) to substantiate product claims across the Global portfolio.Review and approve advertising, promotional, and educational materials, ensuring compliance with the TGA Advertising Code.Provide medical and scientific input into marketing claims, ensuring alignment with the latest evidence, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.Collaborate cross-functionally with Regulatory, Marketing, and Product Development teams to ensure that all communications are evidence-based, accurate, and consumer-appropriate.Support the creation and delivery of medical training and education materials for healthcare professionals, consumers, and internal stakeholders.Monitor evolving regulatory landscapes and scientific trends in complementary medicine to identify opportunities, risks, and inform business strategy.Act as a scientific resource for internal teams, helping to ensure alignment between product messaging, medical evidence, and regulatory obligations.Who are you?Bachelors degree in a scientific or medical discipline or qualified Naturopath.At least 2-3 years of work experience in medical affairs and regulatory affairs, or a related field, with experience with the TGA advertising code and TGA evidence requirements for listed medicines, pharmaceutical, complementary medicine or related healthcare industryHands-on experience in promotional material review and approval processes, with a strong understanding of the TGAC regulatory and compliance frameworks.Strong ability to interpret and communicate scientific data in a clear, compelling manner.What we offer?Opportunities to support your local community through paid community leave20 weeks gender neutral paid parental leaveGreat benefits to support your health and wellbeing, including access to discounted productsMental health support for you and your family through our Sonder assistance programBlackmores Group is a leading natural health company with proud Australian heritage, with extensive reach across Asia Pacific.
