We have pioneered multiple developments, greatly contributing to the highest levels of patient safety and patient care.Arcomed Pty Ltd (ANZ), an industry leader in infusion technology for healthcare, is looking for a full-time Regional Account Manager to join our dedicated sales team. Responsibilities include marketing our extensive range of infusion pumps, IV consumables, infusion accessories, and digital health solutions to healthcare providers.With support from our global head office in Switzerland, our company is experiencing significant growth in our region, which is expected to continue in the foreseeable future.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIESGuide strategic account planning and ensure strong customer relationships, engagement, and retention across the QLD and NT regions.Develop and execute sales strategies to drive market penetration and revenue growth.Build and maintain partnerships with key senior stakeholders to expand Arcomed''s reach.Territory planning, structured calling systems, direct selling to healthcare personnel.Develop new business, conduct market research, organise trials of new products.Prepare and present proposals and quotations.Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, track sales performance, and report on market trends.Conduct trials and demos of capital equipment.Support existing and new clients.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.KEY REQUIREMENTSMinimum 2 years sales experience, preferably in the healthcare industry selling capital equipment.Ability to identify opportunities, close deals, and drive revenue.HSC or tertiary qualifications, preferably in a medical, nursing, or scientific field.Established industry contacts with the ability to leverage existing relationships for business growth.Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.Why Arcomed:Great team and company culture with close-knit team members who are down to earth, hardworking, and kind.We offer a competitive salary, based on experience, as well as a car allowance, mobile phone, laptop, and a generous incentive scheme.We actively seek diverse talents and strive to build an inclusive culture where differences are celebrated and leveraged for better decision-making.
