White Fox is a globally recognised fashion brand loved by babes and celebs worldwide.Established in 2013 and based in Sydney, Australia, White Fox has quickly become the go-to online fashion destination and is continuing to take over wardrobes everywhere.An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced merchandise planner to join our rapidly growing team in a full time, permanent capacity.Managing 3 key, high-growth markets you will be responsible for utilising your merchandise planning fundamentals to drive growth via a highly analytical and data driven approach.Key Responsibilities:Work with the merchandise planning team to deliver trading actions, aligning the overarching business financial plansCollaborate on budget plans and re-forecasts with senior stakeholdersForm and deliver product strategies to drive business growthEnsure optimal stock levels to minimise overstocking, balancing profitability and customer satisfactionProvide weekly summary of key performance indicators within departments of responsibility and the wider business, relating to sales, stock, profit, versus budget and last yearEnsure the correct balance of newness, repeat business, width, depth, pricing architecture, colour and category mix is plannedBuild a balanced option plan to deliver the brand strategy taking into account the 3 key marketsScenario modelling for key events to determine the sales potential taking into account relevant traffic estimates and assumptionsPerform ad hoc reporting as required by the business and across different business unitsDevelop short term and long term category strategies with the Buyer to maximise business tradeMaintain Clear As You Go Strategy to keep stock efficientAssist in developing team capability and elevate performance across the merchandise planning functionRefine current systems and processes that are in place and be instrumental in implementing best practicesMinimum of 5 years experience in a Merchandise Planning roleExperience in Ecommerce is essentialExperience with planning software is preferredExperience within a fashion retailer is preferredTertiary qualification with an emphasis in Retail, Business, or Finance is an advantageAbility to communicate and influence at all levels in the businessStrong collaboration and teamwork focusGood organisational and time management skills; ability to meet deadlines and self-manageInitiative in identifying opportunities and engaging the team to execute on theseAptitude for numbers and an outstanding attention to detailResourceful in finding solutions to problems and creating efficiencyAbility to understand and use systemsAdvanced Excel skillsCollaborate and build great relationship with Head of ProductStunning office, Rosebery locationGenerous monthly clothing allowance + ongoing family / friends discountOnsite gym, weekly Pilates classesOngoing training & development opportunitiesHigh growth global company with career progression availablePlease note due to the large volume of applications we receive for each role only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.We are not working with recruitment agencies for this role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
