Our focus is on helping organizations move their people and products simply, safely, and cost-effectively.We are seeking a Vehicle Builds Specialist to oversee specialist and custom vehicle builds - for Commercial assets. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our vehicle builds are safe, compliant, and cost-effective, while enhancing customer satisfaction.Included In What You''ll DoBuild strong relationships with suppliers, internal teams, and partners, offering expert advice on vehicle build safety and commerciality.Lead the delivery of safe, compliant, and cost-effective builds that meet customer expectations.Ensure all builds meet regulatory, safety, and environmental standards.Create Maintenance (including components) budgets and Tyre budgetsSelect appropriate base vehicles and equipment options (e.g., chassis, bodies, accessories).Ensure all vehicle modifications comply with ADRs (Australian Design Rules), NHVR standards, and state-specific regulations.What You HaveStrong background in budgeting for service/maintenance and tyre costs across leased commercial assets.Knowledge of road transport compliance (NHVR, PBS, ADR).Experience in commercial vehicle builds.Technical knowledge in specialist and custom vehicle builds, with a focus on compliance and safety.Proven ability to manage diverse supply chains and deliver results within budget and timeline constraints.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.Join us at ORIX, where your expertise drives innovation, and every day is an exciting journey toward building something extraordinary!
