This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the founders, driving business effectiveness and facilitating growth. You''ll play a key role in high-level client meetings, assist in executing impactful business development campaigns, and prepare and facilitate strategy days tailored to the industry. By building strong relationships with key stakeholders and overseeing internal operations, you''ll ensure our strategies are both innovative and effective.Ideally, you will possess 25 years of experience in operations, projects, or business support roles. While experience in the defence and space sectors is not essential, it will be well regarded. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills and a proactive approach to their work. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 is essential, and familiarity with tools such as Canva, Xero, and HubSpot will support success in the role. Strong emotional intelligence and sound professional judgement will also be key to navigating complex or sensitive situations with confidence.If successful, you will gain valuable exposure to the defence and space industry, with no requirement for an existing security clearance, as long as youre eligible to obtain a clearance in future. You will benefit from mentorship by the founders, who are committed to supporting your professional development.
