This team is comprised of technology-savvy individuals who have experience in digital marketing and know its value in driving company strategies.You will be responsible for the partnership between Adobe and our strategic customers, driving value realization and return on the clients investment crafting best in class solutions around our flagship content products as AEM and our new GenAI capabilities. Then we would love to meet you!What you will do:Represent Adobe Consulting as a Lead Architect being responsible for the advising the solution strategy, architecture, technical design and implementation of Adobe Experience Manager engagements.Coordinate with client teams and define use cases, goals, and objectives to support the business needs.Build system and application components to achieve defined digital experience and business needs.Work with and drive a high technically focused team to provide technical and business expertise in delivering Adobe DX solutions.Effectively analyze complex project issues, devise optimal solutions, and facilitate the recommendations to the Clients and Partners.Proactively maintain the highest level of technical expertise by knowing the latest Adobe digital experience technologies and solutions through internally and externally available learning opportunities as well as self-study.Contribute to Adobes practices and share on the ground customer feedback with product engineering and product managers to improve the product capabilities.Lead a team of consultants, and be engaged for their growth, development and output.What youll need to succeedCore SkillsMasters or PhD degree in IT10+ years of professional experienceProven multi-year experience with Java based technology, Web technologies and Content Management solutions as AEM, OpenText, Liferay, Magnolia, etc.Deep understanding of software architecture, cloud computing, and integration methodologies is required. Proficiency in Adobes DX solutions is a plus.Have a strong background in designing scalable, secure, & high-performance systems.Exceptional ability to communicate technical & business concepts to diverse audiences, from operational teams to C-suite executives.Ability to understand & align technology solutions with business goals & market trends.High appetite to embrace Generative AISkilled in finding opportunities for digital transformation and value creation.Industry knowledge in key sectors relevant to our customer base.Relevant certifications: TOGAF, ITIL, Open Group Architect, and other industry certifications.Experience in leading teams and developing others.Consulting SkillsAble to build customer trust and guide them along the engagement towards success.Be comfortable to lead conversations with all operational levels at customers and partners, tailored to different audiences.Ability to handle ambiguous engagement situations in a proactive, goal-oriented, and highly professional way.Ability to lead functional teams including task splitting, delegation, feedback and growth discussions.Be able to self-organize and prioritize your work schedule in a multi-engagement environment.Understand when to involve other professionals to ensure success.Willingness to travel depending on customer demands.Proficient in English - German or French or any other European language will be an added plus.At Adobe, you will be immersed in an exceptional work environment that is recognized throughout the world on Best Companies lists.
