Recognising that the capability of our workforce is dependent on the physical and mental health of all its members, People Culture and Wellbeing deliver programs which provide an all-inclusive approach and promote every aspect of health and wellbeing.The Organisational Development Branch supports SAPOL to build capability and enhance organisational effectiveness through strategic and systemic approaches to talent attraction, recruitment, development, and talent management. The Organisational Development Branch includes the Talent Acquisition Section, which is responsible for entry level recruitment of cadets, police security officers, community constables and experienced police officers (returning, interstate, and international). The section oversees this process from application through to commencement of employment with SAPOL and works closely with internal and external stakeholders to attract and recruit our future workforce.The Strategic Business Improvement Lead is a senior change agent responsible for driving the delivery of change programs aligned to good practice human resource management. This role is responsible for developing, delivering, and reviewing policies, procedures, processes and candidate care activities in alignment with business improvement objectives related to the efficient recruitment of entry level positions to SAPOL, including police and police security officers.
