They provideinnovative web-based software solutions that empower construction professionals to perform accurateand efficient take-offs and cost estimates.Role Overview:As a Lead Construction Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and executing accurate takeoffs and cost estimations specifically focusing on structural and concrete scopes. You will lead a team ofestimators, implement best practices, and collaborate closely with internal teams and external partnersto deliver high-quality, timely estimates using the company''s proprietary software. Your expertise inconstruction estimation and technical knowledge in structural elements will be critical to project success.Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team of construction estimators.Manage end-to-end take-offs and estimates for structural and concrete components.Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings for accuracy.Streamline estimation workflows and promote continuous process improvement.Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, and external consultants.Ensure estimates align with current industry standards and pricing trends.Qualifications and Experience:10+ years of experience in construction estimating, with a strong focus on structural andconcrete works.Proven experience in large-scale commercial or residential construction projects.Excellent leadership and team management abilities.Proficiency in estimating tools and platforms (e.g., Cubit, Bluebeam, PlanSwift).Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Working Conditions:100% Remote Work from home setup.Work Hours: 6:00 AM 3:00 PM PHT (Philippine Time). #J-18808-Ljbffr
