We have a highly engaged, diverse and collaborative workforce that is unified by our goal to help people live healthy and fulfilled lives.About the HR Business Partnering departmentThe HR Business Partnering function sits within the People and Culture (P&C) Directorate, and acts as a trusted partner to stakeholders and organisational leadership team. The team work across Austin Health to provide strategic and operational HR advice, coaching and subject matter expertise across a range of HR matters.About the roleAs the Senior HR Business Partner, you will report to the Manager, HR Business Partners and work closely with business leaders in a portfolio that includes both clinical and non-clinical areas of Austin Health.A regular day will see you:Developing and implementing an HR Plan for your business areaCollaborating with leaders on change programs with team to organisational impactProviding subject matter expertise on a range of complex people management mattersWorking closely with P&C departments to deliver a comprehensive service to stakeholdersActively contribute to the team and the development of early career business partnersAbout youYou will have excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a strong commitment to excellence in service delivery.
