We have been engaged by an established company to assist in securing an Architect level Technical Lead to join them on a Permanent basis. The role can be based anywhere in Australia.The role offers a hybrid working environment where you''ll need to be in the office/site no more than 2 days a week.This role will be primarily architecting & supporting OCI-based infrastructure solutions for a wide variety of our client''s customers, as well as providing OCI SME, supporting BAU requirements, and guiding team members in building components as part of these solutions.Technical Skills and Experience:3+ years of consulting experience with technical architecture analysis and design in Oracle-based environments3+ years of strong Linux (OEL/RHEL) system administration skills3+ years of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) architecture experience with recent hands-on OCI implementation and BAU support (ideally)Infrastructure and Cloud Architecture experience in AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or ExadataStrong familiarity in supporting Oracle DBAs on Oracle-based infrastructureEssential Experience:Previous experience leading technical teams to deliver low-risk projects or work packages for Consulting and Managed Services, including contributing to project planningGathering technical requirements and translating them into infrastructure and software capabilitiesHands-on problem solving within the technical infrastructureCommunicating in formal presentation settings, including proposal orals, client workshops, and internal events; developing proposal sections, methodology work products, and formal deliverablesBuilding strong and profitable relationships with customers, including on-site meetingsThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive, constantly growing business.
