We provide services to our Partners and Clients across New South Wales. The Steelfixing Group NSW is expanding and looking for a skilled and fully qualified Construction Site Supervisor to join our team.Construction Site Supervisor role requires to oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate site activities, subcontractors, and tradespeople.Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Ensure compliance with WHS (Work Health and Safety) regulations and company policies.Interpret and implement construction plans, specifications, and drawings.Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports.Manage site resources, including materials, tools, and equipment.Resolve on-site issues and provide practical solutions to maintain workflow.Qualifications & ExperienceCertificate IV or Diploma in Building and Construction or equivalent.Minimum 1 year of experience in a site supervisory role within the construction industry.Sound knowledge of the National Construction Code (NCC) and Australian Standards.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.Current White Card and valid drivers license.Experience with residential and commercial construction projects.Familiarity with project management software and digital site tools.Ability to foster a positive and productive site culture.If you enjoy construction and have a strong work ethic, this is your chance to embark on a really worthwhile career.Location: Sydney, NSWStay Safe While Job HuntingWe vet all employer accounts and do our best to keep job ads safe, but scams can still occur.
