This position reports to the Safety Implementation Lead. Whilst this role is advertised inPerth, WA, given the roles hybrid nature we would consider candidates across Melbourne & Brisbane too.RequirementsEssential duties and Responsibilities:Kick off the implementation project with clear information on project scope and deliverables.Ensure timely action, and successful delivery of milestones through the entire implementation cycleWork with internal teams to facilitate implementationsRaise risks and issues to the Customer promptly.Provide a clean and thorough hand-over following implementation to support or the Customer Success ManagerAssist support with customer specific or technical questionsSuccessfully manage multiple projects concurrentlyUpdate all systems and documentation as requiredPartner with clients to achieve successful implementations and deliver the following:Attend project meetings, as required.Lead workshops, when requiredWhere possible, configure HSI Donesafe''s Injury & Claims Management system to meet their needsFront-end data imports, as requiredLiaising with the clients'' workers compensation agents to gather dataWork closely with the Technical Solutions resources during testing and reviewing self-insurance dataIdentify Change Requests and follow the change request processEstimate effort to deliver configuration change requests, when requiredSupport the Go Live preparationSupport and action the deployment taskSupport Hypercare post Go Live2.2.
