With more than 770 talented designers and specialists working across eleven studios, we are one of Australasia''s largest and most diverse design firms.About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organised and design-passionate individual to join our practice as the Design Engagement Partner. This newly created role plays a pivotal part in supporting and upholding the quality of the design engagement processes across our practice.This role supports Sector Design Leaders and the Design Leadership Group to ensure that our design engagement processes are programmed in advance, consistently effective and that our design quality is excellent. This role ensures a consistent, high-standard approach to Design Operations while respecting the flexible, creative nature of our people. It is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, process-oriented role, while deeply appreciating design excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign Engagement Ownership & AdministrationAct as the central coordinator and custodian of the practice-wide Design Engagement process.Ensure the process is consistent, efficient, and aligns with our design values and standards.Maintain the Design Engagement planner tool and booking systemMaintain flexibility in execution to suit different project types and studio cultures.Calendar & Reporting ManagementManage the national and sector-specific Design Engagement calendars, ensuring timely scheduling and coordination.Track participation, actions and feedback, and prepare regular reports for the DLG and Sector Leads.Manage and report on Design Engagement completions against targetsStakeholder Communication & CoordinationEngage regularly with Sector Design Leaders to support the planning and smooth delivery of Reviews.Confidently liaise with stakeholders at all levels, from senior leadership to project teams.Support to Design Leadership Group (DLG)Assist with DLG communications and initiatives, helping to promote design quality, innovation and thought leadership across the practice.Support preparation of presentations, reports and documentation for internal and external sharing.About YouYou are passionate about design and believe in the importance of rigorous design dialogue. You are highly organised, process-savvy and confident in managing communication across a broad stakeholder base. You take pride in maintaining high standards and are energised by bringing clarity and structure to complex or evolving initiatives.Skills & ExperienceBackground in Marketing, Communications, Architecture or Design.Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.Clear and confident communicator with excellent verbal, written and digital presentation skills.Demonstrable examples of high quality visual presentation design (eg.
