This means challenging them when they need to be challenged and delivering work on time, on budget, every time.In conjunction with the strategists and specialists, devise innovative and bespoke/tailored solutions in response to the clients brief > our product is constantly improving, were looking for a team player to push the work to be the best it can be, bringing planning smarts to execute against communications strategy.Oversight of all planning and activation across, ensuring it is in line with overall client media strategy and objectives > the plan then needs to be delivered effectively, pushed through internal teams and pressure tested to ensure our clients get the results they briefed us on.Oversight of the end output across all client presentations > Ensuring were giving clients what they need first time, in a way that is understood and is impactful.PeopleTeam management, fostering internal and external stakeholder collaboration for successful client outcomes > you are the lynchpin of the internal team and managing up to senior team, whilst effectively mobilising direct reports will be crucial to success in the role.Using a performance management system, take ownership of the development of the individuals within your team; supporting them to building their careers as well as your own.Be able to listen to the team and take concerns to senior management on their behalf.Be self-aware and proactively develop a balanced leadership style that can also be flexed to suit different audiences.CommercialMonitor and manage the financial portfolio of clients > Effective forecasting, management of client SOW to ensure we are not over burning hours or commitment, negotiating contracts and ensuring Hatched organic revenue is increasing.New business > Hatched is in growth, we are focused on organic and new revenue to support our ambitions and support to deliver RFP and pitch responses with the management team is a key part of this role.Understand the client''s commercials and how they make money, widen your knowledge base so you can effectively act as a consultant to the client on broader business issues.Ensure team understanding and delivery against client commercial agreement.Have a deep understanding of the media finance processes and the implications to the rest of the business of the failure to follow the correct processes.
