Services include counselling, mental health support, financial advice, and more available to all employees and their immediate families.Onsite ParkingEssential RequirementsHold A Bachelor''s Degree in Early Childhood Education and CareHave a minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role/Director roleConfident with the assessment and rating processHave a good understanding of the Cycle of planning and the documentation process for children''s learningBe able to demonstrate a strong working knowledge of NQS, NQF and EYLF.Hold current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management qualificationsHold a Food Supervisor CertificateSupport the inclusive Catholic religious and cultural environment for students. As part of our commitment to providing a holistic and values-based education, the successful candidate will be expected to support and implement the Religious Education Framework within the centre.Desirable: Actively contribute to the life, mission and work of the Catholic faith community.Working With Children Check (WWCC)SCECS is a Child Safe Organisation dedicated to the Protection of every child in our care. SCECS aims to create environments where childrens safety and well-being is the centre of thought, values and actions.
