This role can be based at our North Lakes or Sunshine Coast location, with an expectation of some weekly travel between locations.This is a fixed-term role, available for 12 months from June 2025.You WillContribute to and support the development of the Departments strategic and operational objectivesLead the optimisation and continual improvement of digital communications through the Genesys Cloud platformLead, motivate, and inspire a large team of Digital Communications Professionals to deliver exceptional customer service, whilst fostering a culture of high performance with high integrityDevelop and implement effective coaching and training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of Team Leaders and Digital Communications ConsultantsProvide support to the Leadership Team to enable Digital Communications Teams to deliver exceptional customer service whilst meeting and exceeding KPI''s including analysing these KPIs to identify areas for improvement to processes or systemsIdentify and nurture talent within the team, providing opportunities for growth and developmentContribute to the planning & implementation of contact centre strategies and operations; monitor system performance with an ongoing improvement strategy to ensure best practise is optimalEnhance contact centre operations through issue resolution, action planning, performance analysis, and continuous improvement of systems, processes, and quality programsKnowledge And ExperienceDemonstrated experience in leading, coaching, mentoring & managing high-performing teams within a contact centre environmentPrevious experience with Genesys Cloud highly regardedAbility to make informed decisions to support the operational needs of the businessA sound understanding of the general insurance industry, including product knowledge, Digital Communication processes, and customer service best practices along with an understanding of the legislative, regulatory and compliance obligations to operate in the Financial Services Regulatory environmentHigh level conceptual, analytical & problem-solving skills and able to develop innovative solutions to problemsOur PerksLocation North Lakes: This role is based at our North Lakes office.
