Join to apply for the Legal Counsel role at Seven Network1 week ago Be among the first 25 applicantsJoin to apply for the Legal Counsel role at Seven NetworkGet AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.Join Seven Network as our new Legal Counsel utilising your legal expertise to drive success and shape business decisions!The Opportunity:As Legal Counsel, youll be a member of the legal team responsible for drafting and negotiating contracts, managing risk, and advising internal stakeholders to support Seven in achieving its commercial objectives within the legal framework.Based at our head office in Eveleigh, Sydney and reporting to the General Counsel, you will be responsible for:Providing clear, accurate and sound legal and commercial advice across Sevens business operations.Partnering with internal stakeholders to manage contract negotiations, risk and protect the companys position in every agreement and transaction.Supporting implementation of new ventures, driving business transformation, and ensuring compliance whilst balancing legal, regulatory, commercial, and strategic priorities.Collaborating within the Legal team and with internal and external stakeholders to identify and deliver cost-effective, business-aligned solutions.About You:You are an accomplished Lawyer with sharp drafting skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, exceptional commercial acumen and meticulous attention to detail.
