Alder is currently expanding our team in Ballina, located in the Northern Rivers region of NSW. Ballina is known for its beautiful beaches and national parks, offering plenty of opportunities to enjoy nature.We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a diverse range of commercial construction projects valued between $5m and $30m across Northern NSW. This is a full-time position requiring a high-caliber individual with strong on-site experience.About the roleBe part of our NNSW team, working on projects between Ballina and Tweed Heads.Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and safety outcomes.Coordinate trades onsite.Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high standards.Manage relationships between trades and ensure subcontractors work safely and efficiently.Liaise professionally with clients and stakeholders to maintain Alders reputation.Participate in WHS inspections and incident investigations.Implement and monitor environmental controls.Review subcontractor and supplier scope of works.Organize defect works completion.Participate in lessons learned sessions for continuous improvement.About You - Skills and Experience5+ years experience in a similar role.Relevant trade background and competencies.Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.Leadership and motivation abilities.Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and quality-driven.Ability to work collaboratively in a team.Understanding of time and financial management.Proficiency with programs and apps like Procore.About the businessIf you''re seeking an exciting role with stability and diverse projects, this could be the opportunity for you!
