We provide WFH IT. equipment plus reimbursement ofup to $500 for additional equipment.Rewardand recognition, including competitive remuneration and careerprogression.Learningand career development programs for all roles andlevels.Flexibleleave options and up to 26 weeks paid parentalleave.Freedaily breakfast, office drinks and social events.Genuinecommitment to health and wellbeing, pro bono and community, anddiversity and inclusion across our firm.We have anopportunity for a Senior Knowledge Lawyer to join our growing LegalExcellence & Risk team on either a full-time or part-time basis(four days per week).Reporting tothe Head of Knowledge, you will work in our highly regardedKnowledge team to provide professional support to all lawyers andpartners within the national Commercial practice, focusing on theCorporate & Commercial, Banking & Financial Services andTax sections. Youll also work closely with our ClientSolutions, Information Technology, Business Development andLearning & Development teams.You will beresponsible for:workingwith the Head of Knowledge and section leaders to develop andimplement the precedents and projects plan for the nationalCommercial practice groups ;facilitating developmentand execution of technical solutions and document processimprovements;draftingand maintaining precedents;being achampion for style guide compliance;workingcross functionally to develop workflows and precedent suitesfor automation platforms;conducting file auditsin conjunction with the Risk team;writingkey matter summaries for business development;maintaining awareness oflegislative and case law changes and providing regular updatesto the Commercial practice groups;preparing and deliveringlegal educational training; anddelivering style,precedents and writing training to the firm.AboutyouYou willideally have the following skills and experience:aminimum of four years of post-admission experience in Corporateand Commercial law;aspecific and strong interest in knowledge sharing, precedentdevelopment, and style compliance;advanceddocument drafting and contract review skills;excellent attention todetail;theability to prioritise and project manageautonomously;stronginterpersonal and communication skills; anda keeninterest and experience in delivering training.AboutusHall &Wilcox is a leading independent Australian law firm.
