As a senior leader, youll be responsible for driving the strategic vision of our electrical engineering practice and leading high-profile, complex projects across the Asia-Pacific region. This role requires both technical excellence and strong leadership, where youll mentor and guide multidisciplinary teams while building and maintaining client relationships at the highest levels.In this role, you will provide key insights and direction to advance innovative solutions, ensuring that Arup continues to lead the industry in delivering world-class data center projects. Your influence will extend beyond technical design, as youll shape project delivery, secure business growth, and champion Arups values across the firm.The OpportunityLead high-profile data center projects, managing the design and execution of advanced electrical systems while ensuring alignment with client expectations and industry best practices.Strategically develop and implement innovative solutions, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to address the unique needs of data centers, ensuring optimal performance in power distribution, lighting, and communication systems.Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaborative problem-solving across multidisciplinary teams.Represent Arup in client-facing engagements, offering expert advice and insights that contribute to both project success and long-term relationships.Drive the growth and development of Arups electrical engineering practice, contributing to business development, project acquisition, and shaping the strategic direction of the firm in the data center space.Assume primary responsibility for the overall quality and execution of assigned projects, ensuring adherence to rigorous standards and delivering on time and within budget.At Arup, you belong to an extraordinary collective in which we encourage individuality to thrive.
