All fellows will be appointed at 1 FTE, integrated into the unit, sharing on-call (1 in 4) and clinical duties across all specialist areas. Excellent opportunities exist for fellows to partake in departmental research activity and projects, including in their own time. Advanced Trainee Fellows would:Deliver medical services through participation in clinical duties at fellow level and in accordance with the policies, practices and values of the Children''s Health Queensland Hospital and Health Service.Demonstrate commitment to evidence-based practice, research, and quality improvement activities, including undertaking clinical audits and clinical risk management activities.Assist in the professional development of junior medical staff and the training of medical and allied health students.What CHQ HHS Can OfferApart from contributing to the development of Australia''s best paediatric health service, you will also benefit from a competitive remuneration package and a working environment which embraces professional development, builds capabilities and supports staff to maximise their health and wellbeing.
