Effective Telephone CollectionsEnsure continual follow up with Customers and relevant key sales personnel in relation to Customer payment performance and debt collection whilst building Customer rapport. Review Orders on HoldEnsure review orders held regularly.Ensure review & follow up with the Customer and or Sales representative to ensure the credit & terms criteria is met for orders to be released e.g. payment received, credit limits reviewed, performance reviewed.Ensure monthly report is sent to inform relevant Sales Managers of orders held and action taken to date.Reduction of Average Days. Outstanding & Percentage of Debt Exceeding TermsEnsure our Customers adhere to our payment terms and address the culture of those Customers who do not.Liaise with external contacts for trends & identify possible outside influences that impact company debt.Continual review and streamlining of current systems and processes Review Customers credit terms & credit risk regularly.New accounts are to be reviewed every three months until a positive payment and risk trend appears.Customer Master Data ChangesEnsure customer master data changes are completed as per written request.Allocations & Offset of TransactionsEnsure prompt allocation of monies that are reflected as unapplied and identify logged payments as per customer remittances and or reconciliations.
