Reporting into the Senior Vice President, this new role is accountable for strategic leadership, operational excellence, and service delivery of the business. You will be responsible for driving high standards of compliance, safety, customer service and team performance while delivering highly efficient operations across the Toll network.Key ResponsibilitiesContribute to strategic direction and lead execution of operational plans for the Security Sensitive business.Deliver market leading standards of operational execution inclusive of productivity, asset utilisation, process standardisation and network efficiency.Contribute to the Security Sensitive fleet strategy, inclusive of new initiatives to improve safety, efficiency and load utilisation.Ensure full compliance with legislative and regulatory obligations in a complex operational environment.Foster a culture of safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across all teams, embedding the Toll Way of doing business.Maintain and strengthen executive-level customer relationships, identifying opportunities for sustainable growth.Lead a high-performing team with a focus on collaboration, development, and cultural alignment.Optimize asset utilization and productivity through effective resource planning and standardized processes.Monitor and evaluate financial and operational performance, including revenue, cost, and contract compliance.Qualifications And Essential RequirementsTertiary qualification in logistics, business or related discipline (or equivalent experience).Extensive leadership experience in transport, logistics, or a related industry.Strong commercial and financial acumen with a proven ability to manage large-scale operations.In-depth understanding of regulatory frameworks, including dangerous goods and fatigue management legislation.Excellent communication skills and ability to influence at all organizational levels.Preparedness to meet any licensing and training requirements specific to Security Sensitive operations.What moves you?At Toll, you can help play a vital role in delivering what matters.
