Fat Noodle is a fun and vibrant kitchenwhere every dish aims to impress.This is a permanent full-time position, and full Australian working rights are essential.A few of your responsibilities:Support or lead the assigned section as directed by the Chef De Cuisine and provide training to junior staff membersAssist with fundamental cooking and food preparation tasksMaintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and workstationsComplete all duties in line with company and statutory hygiene requirementsMeet requirements for consistency and high quality in a fast-paced environmentWhat we are looking for:Culinary School Graduate. Received apprenticeship training in commercial cookeryExperience with Asian cuisine and Wok skills desirableProficiency with diverse food preparation techniques and cooking equipmentFlexibility to work a rotating roster, including overnight shifts is a mustAbout YouYou are passionate and creative, with strong culinary experience and a willingness to share your expertise to guide and support team members in the Fat Noodle Kitchen. With excellent communication skills, you thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with colleagues, management, and interacting with customers.
