We also expect you to have fun along the way!The positions are FIFO from Perth, Darwin, or Broome to site or DIDO from Onslow, Exmouth, Karratha, or Dampier. Paulsens is located in the Ashburton Basin of the Eastern Pilbara region, 211kms inland east of Onslow and 180km west of Paraburdoo. Flights are to Onslow or Paraburdoo, then a two-hour journey to site.Roster is 15/13, day shift only, with the potential for night shift in the future.About the OpportunityAre you a qualified domestic electrician ready to take your career into mining? Join an up-and-coming mining operation offering on-the-job training and support to help you transition into the position of Underground Electrician at our Paulsens Gold Operation.Step into the FIFO lifestyle, develop highly sought-after skills, and build a rewarding long-term career in the UG mining sector.Our Underground Electricians are responsible for the installation of underground electrical reticulation and infrastructure as well as breakdown and maintenance repairs on underground drilling equipment, communication and network systems, and other UG infrastructure.About You Current A grade Western Australian Electrical License (Unrestricted). Experience as a domestic electrician. Current CPR Certificate (HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation). Willingness to learn and adapt to UG mining conditions. Ability to pass a pre-employment medical. Strong work ethic and a positive attitude. Ability to work in hot and remote environments on a FIFO roster.
