Our mindset fosters innovation and creates strong, lasting customer relationships as we strive to be the most customer-centric company in Australia and New Zealand.Key responsibilities include:Proactively identify and establish new business and referral opportunities within a diversified portfolio, utilizing local networks of BFS customers and referral partners to meet income targets.Implement specific local sales and income campaigns to promote tailored bank products and services within bank parameters annually.Manage individual and team performance through coaching, monitoring, and supervision of direct reports, ensuring compliance with FSRA requirements and external legislation in a professional manner.Prepare and submit business lending proposals outside own authorities with full justification, including industry and business information analysis.Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures, maintaining compliance standards according to regulatory frameworks.Candidate requirements:Strong understanding and experience with the lending process, credit policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.Experience managing a diversified portfolio.High attention to detail and stakeholder management skills.Resilience and adaptability to manage clients with varying financial circumstances.A strong motivation to learn and a customer obsession.Willingness to learn and develop to serve different market segments.We value diversity and inclusion:We believe a diverse and inclusive workplace is better for everyone.
