With world-class training that is unmatched in the industry and the opportunity to advance your career across locations and commodities, join the team and make your place in BHP.We are seeking a talented individual to take on the role of Coordinator Mobile Maintenance Execution based within our Operations Services Maintenance team in Queenslands Goonyella Mine.Reporting directly to the OS Superintendent Maintenance, this role is responsible for the execution week and WK+1 planning, coordination of maintenance work across Goonyella autonomous Ultra-class truck fleet.Your Duties Will Include5/2 day shift roleFoster positive & productive working relationships and team cultureAbility to work effective alongside other leaders in the businessLead problem solving and root cause analysis investigationsPlanning, assisting scheduling and resourcing for the mobile maintenance teamBuild capability through coaching, mentoring and provide technical advice and support OS maintenance supervisorsLead and support continuous improvement opportunitiesCoordination of Mobile maintenance work with multiple internal stakeholdersTimely data collation, analysis and sharing of key work management metrics.About YouThe successful candidate will possess the following:Strong communication skills and a track record of achieving results through using your influenceThe ability to successfully lead and work within a team environment and build effective working relationshipsExperience or a fast learner with work management software tools (e.g. 1SAP)Experience in detailed scoping and maintenance planning for multi-disciplined workgroups operating in a Mobile Maintenance environment is preferred but not essentialExperience gained in a shutdown environment would be advantageousDemonstrated computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project)Minimum of C class manual drivers licence.About Our ProcessAt BHP, we are committed to employing individuals who align with the BHP Charter Values and meet the requirements of the role.
