The ProjectThe Torrens to Darlington (T2D) Alliance, comprising of John Holland, Bouygues Construction, Arcadis Australia, Jacobs and Ventia has successfully secured the contract to deliver the final 10.5km section of the North-South Corridor, contributing to a long-lasting legacy for the community and people of Adelaide.The project scope is concentrated on a 10.5km motorway, including more than 4kms of twin three lane tunnels, road and bridge construction and complex M&E installations. Open to traffic in 2031, the T2D alliance will offer the people of Adelaide an incredible opportunity to be a part of an iconic project, career stability and the opportunity for career progression and development.The Role:As the BIM Modeller, you will develop, promote, and coordinate the Digital Engineering requirements for the T2D Project. You will work closely with the design team to ensure BIM deliverables are met.You will also enhance the use of BIM and Digital Engineering to support construction planning processes.Roles and Responsibilities:Leverage 3D modelling tools to coordinate and integrate construction methodologies, survey data, and temporary works designs, ensuring seamless collaboration and precision across the projectDevelop and maintain accurate, detailed 3D models in accordance with the project requirementsExpand and promote the adoption of digital engineering across all project teamsIntegrate digital engineering tools and practices into existing team workflows and processesEnsure digital records are consistently coordinated, maintained, and readily accessible to relevant project stakeholdersDeliver clear, accurate, and timely digital reporting as requiredSupport the use of digital engineering tools to enhance internal project reporting and analysisEnsure accurate digital records maintained on a common platform and usage is communicated effectively throughout the ProjectAbout you:Degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or a related fieldAt least 5 years of experience working with various digital engineering platforms within an engineering environmentMinimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing and using BIM in a digital built environmentProficient in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks (Federation & Timeliner), Microstation, ProjectWise (Bentley), Synchro 4D, and 3DS MaxSkilled in federating and collaborating on consultancy data information models to create usable federated filesWe offerYour success is our success, and as an Alliance, we are committed to being an employer of choice in Adelaide.
