This is a front-of-house role for someone who takes pride in creating a professional, welcoming environment and enjoys being at the centre of a well-run workplace.Youll be the go-to person for clients, visitors, and colleagues, managing reception, coordinating meeting spaces, supporting events, and helping new starters feel at home. Youll also play a key role behind the scenes, keeping things running smoothly across facilities, office services, and day-to-day operations.Key Responsibilities:Welcoming clients and visitors, managing calls, emails, and reception logistics (calls, inbox, mail, deliveries etc)Coordinating meeting rooms, catering, and AV/VC setupSupporting office events and inter-office travel arrangementsAssisting with onboarding and induction for new staffVaried administrative duties to support our Partners and staffLiaising with building management and suppliersSecurity and access pass managementHelping maintain a safe, compliant, well-presented, and well-equipped office environmentSkills & Experience:To be successful in this role, youll demonstrate:Previous experience in a reception or client-facing role in a professional services settingStrong organisational and multitasking skills - youre calm, capable, and highly responsiveA polished, professional presence and a natural ability to build rapportConfidence working independently and as part of a teamAbility to perform light manual handling activityA proactive mindset and a genuine commitment to great serviceThis role suits someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of their space, and understands the value of a great first impression.
