Through helplines, websites, and video call solutions, we empower people to manage their health, connect with the right services, and access virtual care when they need it most.About The OpportunityAs the People & Culture Coordinator, youll play a pivotal role across the full employee lifecycle, supporting HR operations, Recruitment, Learning & Development, and wellbeing initiatives with a focus on operational excellence and data-driven decision making.Key Responsibilities IncludeOnboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate employee and contractor onboarding and offboarding, managing IT setup, compliance, inductions, and contract administration while ensuring accurate record-keeping.Recruitment Support: Support with scheduling interviews, preparing job advertisements, and conducting phone screenings.HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, manage contracts and paperwork, support payroll submissions, and assist with HR programs (performance reviews, surveys, remuneration reviews).Systems & Reporting: Administer HR and Learning systems, ensure data accuracy, and generate reports for workforce planning.Team Support: Coordinate meetings, support process improvements, and contribute to governance and compliance.About YouYou''re an enthusiastic People and Culture Coordinator eager to take the next step in your career.
