This position will complement our dedicated and extensive client engagement department and work closely with our diverse allied health staff.Your key responsibilities will include:Holistically develop and maintain better practice art therapy programsEstablish and coordinate outcome based therapeutic art programsDevelop and maintain appropriate documentation for resident care needsMasters in Art Therapy or equivalentBe eligible for membership of ANZACATA and comply with the professional standards of the Creative Therapy professionAbility to effectively supervise staff (e.g. volunteers, students etc.)Excellent communications skills (written, verbal and interpersonal skills)Operate effectively in a team and autonomouslyExcellent organisational skills and time managementComputer skills across a range of programs include Microsoft Word and ExcelDesired Criteria:Experience working in an aged care settingExperience in therapeutic care planningThe successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, an ability to work within a team and have a passion and genuine desire to work with an older population.
