We''re looking for a New Business Account Executive who believes that Feedback is Fuel, has a growth mindset, and is excited to take ownership of their success while helping customers discover the full impact of our enterprise feedback solutions.What Youll Be Working OnSelling SurveyMonkeys enterprise solutions to two main customer types: New Logos &Self-Service Upgrades.Full-Cycle Selling: Lead the sales process from outreach to close, using a consultative, solution-based approach.Strategic Prospecting: Use tools like ZoomInfo and Outreach to identify new opportunities and grow existing customer relationships.Consultative Selling: Apply methodologies like Sandler and MEDDPICC to understand customer needs, match them to our solutions, and articulate business value.Deal & Pipeline Management: Track progress, forecast, and improve using Salesforce, Gong, and sales data.Territory Prioritization: Effectively manage accounts and maintain a healthy pipeline to consistently meet or exceed targets.Learning & Growth: Stay curious and open to feedback, adapt to evolving customer needs, and keep up with industry trends.Wed Love to Hear From People Who Have:2+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience (SaaS experience is great, but not required).Experience generating pipeline through outbound, inbound, and product-led channels.Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar sales frameworks.Proficiency with tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and ZoomInfo.Strong communication and presentation skills, especially with senior-level stakeholders.Business acumen and adaptability, including experience building business cases and collaborating with cross-functional teams.SurveyMonkey believes in-person collaboration is valuable for building relationships, fostering community, and enhancing our speed and execution in problem-solving and decision-making.
