This is a key position within our firm that will support day-to-day operations and ensure a smooth and efficient working environment for partners and staff.Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:Lead and manage the Administration team;Oversee budgets and spending for areas such as stationery, catering orders and stock, petty cash and cab charges;Manage requests for assistance from partners and staff and effective completion by the Administration team;Event management and manage firm initiatives as required;Run inductions for new starters and facilitate office moves;Oversee ISO27001 audits and ensure compliance;Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance efficiency in day-to-day operations; andGeneral administrative duties as required by the firm.Who We Are Looking ForThe successful candidate will have at least 2 years experience as an Office Manager, ideally within the professional services industry and previous experience in administrative roles. You will have excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills, and be able to manage multiple priorities effectively and efficiently.
