Senior Analyst, FCC TransformationSee yourself in our teamThe Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) team is accountable for the development, implementation and ongoing leadership of the groups financial crime compliance services.Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) has an important role to play, supporting the Group to achieve its purpose to improve the financial wellbeing of our customers and communities. FCC partners with Business Units, Support Units and Financial Crime Services (FCS) to disrupt financial crime, ensuring compliance and effective risk management.FCC leads the Groups approach to managing AML / CTF, Sanctions and Anti-Bribery and Corruption risks and obligations through the provision of the following services:Policy and frameworksRegulatory engagementAdvice and assuranceComplex escalationsOur team is based in Sydney.Do work that mattersFCC Transformation supports providing Line 2 governance and oversight across changes and project delivery that impact our Financial Crime programs.Your role is to help with planning, coordination and definition of business and functional requirements relating to change, providing specialist support for projects, gathering information, documents and analysing business needs and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement in business operations and processes.You will liaise with stakeholders of all levels and parts of the organisation, in order to understand and recommend solutions and drive delivery.On any given day, you will;Understand, coordinate and support governance and project management activity across FCC and Financial Crime Domain.Manage the FCC Change management process, liaising with stakeholders within FCC and FCS, ensuring Change Requests are raised and impact assessments completedLiaise with key stakeholders both within FCC and across the Group to define key project artefacts, understanding their needs, concerns and the environment that they operate inReview and provide advice and Line 2 challenge on business requirements for project delivery to ensure it meets our financial crime obligations and business outcomesProvide business analysis planning and monitoring to determine which activities are necessary in order to identify and define relevant stakeholders, select appropriate techniques and processes to manage requirementsGather, organise and synthesize significant amounts of information from various sourcesEffectively communicate requirements to stakeholders, managing conflicts, issues and changes in order to ensure that stakeholders and project team members remain in agreement on solution scope and actual needsDevelop documentation including Business Requirements documents and models; presentations, concept papers; and design specificationsSupport reporting to Group MLRO and other stakeholders on various FCC Transformations projects.We are interested in hearing from people who have;Demonstrated experience in Agile project management and delivery or change management ideally within banking or financial services, using JIRA and Confluence toolingProven strategic thinking to plan, coordinate and define critical requirements for transformation you may be a Business Analyst or from a Consulting backgroundKnowledge and understanding of the financial crime regulatory framework and risk managementExceptional communication skills and stakeholder engagement with the ability to influence and negotiate at executive levelProficiency in leading workshops and training sessionsA fast-paced role that would suit an energetic individual who can quickly adapt to changing needs and have a flexible and open mindset.If this sounds like your next career opportunity, wed love to hear from you!If you''re already part of the Commonwealth Bank Group (including Bankwest, x15ventures), you''ll need to apply through Sidekick to submit a valid application.
