Job Description SummaryThe Account Manager - Imaging is responsible for proactively developing & implementing a GE HealthCare Radiology sales strategy for their defined area by creating and sustaining strategic relationships/alliances with their assigned corporate accounts within their State such as hospitals or hospital groups or Group Purchasing Organizations, thereby creating growth for GE HealthCare.The Corporate Account Manager, Radiology is accountable to develop & maintain deep understanding of the key accounts, while keeping GE HealthCare teams informed and appropriately involved. Expected to lead multi-modality deals while collaborating with the modality Product Specialists & Service teams. Unlock your ambition, turn ideas into world-changing realities, and join an organization where every voice makes a difference, and every difference builds a healthier world.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities/essential functions include (but are not limited to):Achieve sales and orders volumes at the target prices in assigned accounts/territoryBuild relationships, develop a business strategy, and maximize business opportunities for all Radiology products & services within your accountsRepresent GE HealthCare Radiology and act as a primary customer point of contact in the allocated accountsProvide on-going feedback to Product teams, Service, and MarketingLeverage cross-functional teams to achieve results through effective project proposals, negotiations, and contractsGrow GE HealthCares share of customer investments in capital and operational expendituresDevelop & maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through consistent, high-quality interactions with customer managementBuild long term strategic alliance with the portfolio of corporate accounts to continue to add value, and promote Service offerings to identify and escalate commercial service needs to drive customer NPSIn cooperation with Product and Marketing teams, drive Radiology marketing events in assigned territory & customer baseBe aware of segmentation and apply relevant product benefits to each clients segmentLeverage Product Modality Specialists, Service Operations and other Company resources to provide the necessary technical, clinical and business content to create a competitive differentiationCoordinate the GEHC team on assigned accounts in order to deliver solutions that meet or exceed customer expectationsFollow all applicable GEHC policies, procedures and operating mechanisms. Proactively participate in company initiatives depending on organizational needs and as proposed by leadershipEnsure knowledge of and compliance with Quality, Regulatory, integrity and company policies.Financial PerformanceIs accountable to achieve Product/Solutions/Service orders and sales OP target for assigned accounts and or territoryProvide input to deal pricing strategy and ensure pricing compliance for segment opportunitiesForecast orders and sales within the applicable sales funnel tools (Sales Force) and reports for their products/solutions/services in their assigned territory/accountsTerritory Planning, Coverage & Account ManagementCreate business plans for assigned accounts including, but not limited to opportunity development, competitive strategies and targetsBuild strong business relationships and formulate strategies with the Product & Service teams to continuously strengthen relationships within the assigned accounts. Identify & drive response to corporate account technical and departmental decision makers needs and maintain customer contact records in the relevant CRM toolsContinuously develop and improve a network of key opinion leaders within the assigned accountsTrack and communicate market & customer trends to/from the field including competitor data and develop and lead effective counterstrategies.Product Market & ExpertiseMaintain current, detailed knowledge of GEHC products / services. Be able to present and discuss the technology and clinical benefits in terms which are relevant to customersMaintain up to date market and competitor knowledge related to their product/solutions/servicesCollaborate effectively with product teams to match solutions to market trendsContinuously update understanding of the customers changing clinical and/or operational issues and challengesCreate viable product configurations which meet customer needs effectively, while achieving optimum margin for GEHCEffectively leverage GEHC Product & Service teams as well as approved product marketing and product promotional material to actively support the customer throughout their decision-making process resulting in a successful outcome for GEHCRepresent the company at relevant medical conferences and technical exhibitions to promote product/solution and company.Opportunity ManagementHunt for, identify and create new commercial opportunities within assigned territory. Work with sales leaders, product & service teams (where applicable) to continuously increase commercial deal pipelineDrive and own relevant tender processes, including management of multifunctional stake holders involvement, including (but not limited to) Product, Service, Applications, to meet tender submission deadlines driving GEHC orders, sales and margin targets as well as to maximize customer satisfaction assigned territoryCreate and maintain opportunities in Sales Force and complete up to date SFDC Chatter involving deal stake holdersOwnership of order and configuration quality at the point of order entry to ensure accuracy, configuration integrity and that all requirements are tied to documented customer inputsManagement of estimate date of delivery to customer based on knowledge of the company''s production and delivery schedules ensuring fulfillment of the order is according to customer expectations and enhances customer satisfaction.Required Qualifications & Experience:Bachelors Degree or minimum 5 years of selling experience in a medical, healthcare or technical field (e.g. biomedical engineering, medical physics) or Life Sciences fieldPrevious experience in the Healthcare Industry, ideally in an Account Management positionAbility to interface with both internal team members and external customers as part of solutions-based sales approachAbility to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within an organizationStrong capacity and drive to develop careerExcellent verbal and written communication skills in local language as well as good command of EnglishAbility to synthesize complex issues and communicate in simple messagesSuperior organizational skillsExcellent negotiation & closing skillsStrong presentation skillsAbility to travel both domestically and international where requiredValid motor vehicle licenseGE HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
