Join us in making a meaningful impact on the lives of veterans and citizens in need of care.We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Talent Advisor to join our team at Harbourside Port Stephens.Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure a smooth recruitment experience.Provide guidance on best practices for talent acquisition and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the organisation.Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative approaches to attract top talent.Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.Participate in employer branding activities and represent the organisation at job fairs, networking events, and other relevant forums.This is a Permanent - Full Time position that offers an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual to make a meaningful impact within our Human Resources & Recruitment function.
