Reporting to our Head of Infrastructure & Network, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and robustness of a variety of network systems cross the Foxtel Group.Working within the Infrastructure and Network Team you will be responsible for the ongoing operations, management and support of Foxtels Network Infrastructure.You will be key to troubleshooting problems and providing reliable network access to Foxtel system users, supporting the Broadcast, Enterprise and development teams with the administration of network devices.Your ResponsibilitiesMaintaining and upgrading Foxtels network infrastructure, including routers, switches and Firewalls across multiple data centres and locationsTroubleshooting and resolving network issues, working with Network Vendors to diagnose and fix network issuesMonitoring network performance, identifying areas for improvement, and optimising systems for reliability and efficiencyImplementing and managing network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and other network security systems.Maintaining detailed network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures.Provide customer support and change management, including responding to enquiries from telephone calls, chat, self-service job tickets and emailUndertake regular and proactive management across the production environment to highlight any impacting issues and produce regular reports on key network systems performance and capacity.Support the successful implementation of IT Infrastructure projects.Maintaining a customer obsessed approach to application service managementYour Experience5+ years experience in enterprise-level, multi-site network supportHands-on with Juniper / Arista / Mellanox / HPE (Juniper highly desirable)Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF)Skilled in both corporate and wireless network environmentsProficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving complex network issuesExperienced in cloud connectivity, including AWSCustomer-focused approach to technical supportHolds relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Cisco)Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)Collaborative team player across diverse technical domainsStrong time management and attention to detailPerforms well under pressure in high-stakes environmentsBuilds and maintains strong internal and external relationshipsLife at Foxtel GroupA Career With Us Means Working Across One Or More Of Our Brands Including Foxtel, Kayo Sports, BINGE, Flash, Fox Sports And Foxtel Media.
