This rewarding role provides you with the opportunity to deliver contemporary, high quality and innovative approaches to create unique and interesting dining experiences for our residents.Key ResponsibilitiesA passion for, and previous experience working as a Chef Manager in Aged CarePlanning, preparing and overseeing the preparation of daily meals and beverages that meets the individual needs of residents and patients ensuring all meals are prepared in line with care plans and nutritional guidelinesKnowledge of the various legislative and regulatory requirements relevant to the catering service within the residential care sector.Working knowledge of menu planning, ordering, managing stock levels, IDDSI, staff supervision and allergen management.What You BringCertificate III or IV in Commercial CookeryDiploma of HospitalityFood Safety Supervisor Certificate (Health Care Competencies)Significant experience in a similar role in the residential care or health care sectors.A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission-based organisationEmployee Benefits Calvary offers:NFP salary packaging benefits, discounted health insurance and gym membershipsPaid parental leaveTraining, development pathways and career opportunitiesAbout CalvaryWe are a leading provider of quality, integrated care that puts our patients, residents and clients at the centre of everything we do.
