Were better together join our world and lets do good things together.ABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for an experienced and creative individual to join the business as Studio Photographer Lead and support all brands within the Group. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our studio space and all operational aspects related to photography. From shoot scheduling and studio maintenance to equipment management and process improvement, youll ensure the studio operates smoothly and efficiently.You will oversee the planning and execution of all in-studio photography, ensuring brand consistency and high visual standards across every shoot. Working closely with the Styling and Brand teams, youll align on creative direction and production needs, while leading and coaching freelance photographers to deliver on our visual identity.This is a hands-on leadership role where technical expertise meets creative direction which is perfect for someone who is passionate about delivering best-in-class photography in a dynamic, collaborative environment.SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEDemonstrated experience in a similar commercial photography roleProven experience in digital studio photographyWorking knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Capture One ProAbility to coach a team to achieve brief requirementsExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholdersA high level of organisation, accuracy and attention to detailOUR CULTURETo describe COTTON:ON in six words is easy; optimistic, passionate, real, energetic, collaborative and, most importantly, ethical.
