In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting our suite of investment products and services.For qualified candidates, RG 146 Certificate is required and Mandarin is preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness DevelopmentDevelop and initiate the business development strategy to grow the retail, sophisticated investor and Wholesale Investor trading volumes for different client bases.Proactively enhance business through client referrals, networking, workshops/seminars, and industry contacts.Provide seminars and attend sales events for premium clients/prospects as required. This might include creating appropriate material in conjunction with education and marketing.Work with the rest of the client-facing team to input and help drive the acquisition, retention and increased trading activity for all clients.Actively leverages the sales process to increase conversion rate, decrease sales cycle, and improve deal win rateMaintains an accurate pipeline and funnel with high integrityMaintains a set of personal goals and metrics, tracking progress against thoseMaintains calendar blocking, scheduling time to maximize productivity and effectivenessGeneral DutiesBeing part of a team based in Sydney dedicated to handling all aspects of the customer onboarding experienceFacilitate the outbound opening of new accounts for potential clients who already indicated an interest in our platform and provide support for existing customersHandle incoming sales inquiries and client issues via phone, email and live, interactive chatsNo cold calling is involved, the job is heavily centered on engaging warm leads via outbound call campaigns, and the vast majority of the day will be spent speaking to clients over the phone in a fast-paced workplace environmentProvide support for existing customers with all aspects of the trading experience- funding their account, education, etc.Encourage and support referrals from existing clientsQualificationsTo land this role you will need:Proven track record in B2C/B2B sales and business developmentPassionate about sales and delivering the highest possible service to customersCreative problem solver, professional, honest and a good team playerHave computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookProactive, KPI-driven representative, able to manage your client base but driven to source new relationships on your own accordSelf-motivated person likes working toward targetsExcellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and a "service" mindset to support our customers in the demanding, real-time environment of active tradingCommitment to continuous improvementOpportunity to lead and manage local operations with potential for career progressionInvitations to attend key international company events, offering valuable exposure and recognitionThe compensation package includes a competitive mix of base, commissions, super, and business development bonuses with uncapped income potential.
