This is a key leadership role, overseeing a team of 3-4 coordinators and administrators. Youll own the day-to-day function of the sales admin, reporting, contracts processing and enablement - ensuring everything runs like clockwork behind the scenes.Youre ImpactLead, coach and develop a high performing admin team that support a large-scale national salesforce.Own and improve internal sales reporting and dashboards - experience with salesforce is highly desirable.Manage contract generation and compliance checks to ensure every deal is watertight and well documented.Create high quality PowerPoint presentations and sales material for key meetings and stakeholder updates.Constantly seek smarter ways to streamline processes, drive efficiency and remove bottlenecks.What youll bring:Proven experience in team leadership with sales operations, admin or enablement.Sharp eye for detail, exceptional organisation skills and the confidence to leader from the frontStrong commercial acumen and ability to juggle multiple priorities.Experience with salesforce or other CRM systems is highly desirable.What''s in it for you:You Will Be Joining a Global Brand With Local Impact And Career Opportunities Across ANZ And Beyond.
