This centre is operated by Kmart Group, supporting the fulfilment of home delivery orders for Kmart and Target, two of Australia''s most loved retail brands.Key Responsibilities:Manage daily site operations, ensuring safety, service, and financial targets are met.Maintain compliance with safety standards and company policies.Lead, coach, and develop team leaders and staff for operational excellence and growth.Ensure a safe working environment by implementing safety procedures and conducting inductions.Monitor performance metrics, contribute to budgeting, and manage site expenditures.Drive a positive team culture aligned with company values.Manage performance reviews, career development, and succession planning.Ensure compliance with legislation, awards, and company policies.Implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies.Required Skills and Qualifications:Qualification in Logistics, Warehouse Management, or related field.Experience in supply chain and logistics management.Background in transportation and delivery operations.Strong forecasting, analytical, and reporting skills.Why Join Us?Be part of a transformative project supporting Kmart Group''s online operations across NSW.
